Absolutely terrible service. I never ever even leave a review somewhere... but tonight I placed an order for carry out and I show up and waited. I then was confronted and asked what my order is I explain they, take my debit card and go inside. Five minutes later they come out saying I don’t have an ordered placed. I proceed to show call record of me placing order at this location. They return back inside confused for about 5 more minutes. They come back out asking me again what my name is, they go back in, then back out and say oh it was placed under Rachel. All while i am standing in cold. My name is Madison.. no where near Rachel. I didn’t want anything, but a simple apology. But didn’t even get an apology.... terrible customer service. Will not go to this location again.
I was very impressed with how the team worked together to resolve an issue with my order missing.
Great food, piping hot and fast delivery. However, I ordered 20oz cokes and received 2 liter, and did not deliver to back patio as instructed, left it at the front door. Still giving 5 stars. Never know if it was an online glitch.
The pizza was delicious; however, due to your drivers behavior I will never be ordering from your location again. Kevin walked into our crowded restaurant, which clearly has a sign about a mask requirement to enter, and he would not put his mask on until the fifth time I asked him. Then he was extremely rude, slammed our pizza down loudly on a table, and angrily stormed out. It is very irresponsible for your company to have an aggressive anti-masker as a delivery driver during a deadly pandemic. I am sure that he has posed a great threat of contamination to any customers that he has delivered too. Was a very negative experience, and I wish I could revoke the pre-paid tip.
Staff has always been polite and quick. Pizza is always been correct and never a long wait time. We also eat early, but it still counts!
