Crazy to say this but Jillian may have given me my first good haircut of my life. I hate hair salons, and usually only go once every few years. I was blown away by my experience at Jay's! Really!nnDuring our appointment Jillian stated she had 18 years of experience (if I remember correctly) and it definitely shows. She listened and let me fully explain what I was looking for during our appointment. She asked the right questions, gave solid advice, and cut my hair with confidence. What she claimed she was going to do, she did. I expressed concerns about keeping length and when I left my hair felt healthier and I almost couldn't tell any was taken off. It's the little things that make a big difference when it comes to hair, and Jillian has mastered them all. Thank you!
Matthew was incredible. Took time to see what I wanted and delivered. He explained the main tends and care moving forward. Worth the drive and locally owned. They work like a family and treat you with a lot of professionalism and as part of this family. I’ll be back

I cannot thank Jillian enough for getting my daughter in the same day I reached out to her. I learned the hard way to NOT attempt to color my daughter's hair and when it turned into a nightmare and she didn't even want to go to school, Jillian corrected my mess and she did an AMAZING job. I am now a lifetime customer and am going to even start going myself and refer my family. Not only did she fix it, she turned it into something that we had been trying to achieve for a long time, so maybe the mess up on my end was a blessing in disguise. LOL We wouldn't have found her otherwise. Her team was so fun and engaging as well and I can't thank them enough. Best salon EVER!!!!!
Jillian and the entire team are so amazing. They listened to exactly what I was wanting and accomplished it! Their prices are very fair and after my experience I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Jay’s for being such a wonderful place with even more amazing people!
