I was nervous to try a new place, but the people are friendly and helpful and they challenge and encourage each other. Community. The workouts are fun, different every day and challenge you as much as you want to put into it. The coaches are such a great added value. They make all the difference. They make sure you're using good form and motivate you to keep going. I love going here!
I have really enjoyed F45 and the variety of the workouts. I love being able to walk in and have a new workout planned any day of the week. It is amazing to get in a great workout without having to plan it. Would highly recommend, additionally they do a free week trail for new members, feel free to mention my name Tiffany for a free week referral!
F-45 Ellisville is hands down the BEST!!! I have personally have tried gyms in the area abs none compare to this gym. The training staff, workouts and the people are awesome, they push you to your max ability!! Come try a week free, you won’t regret it and will be wanting to sign up for a membership after your first class!!!
This place is insane. By far the nicest, most accommodating fitness center I've been to. Just became my permanent gym.
I love F45! All the trainers are fabulous and make sure you get your best workout every class. There is community and support here!
