If I could give no stars I would. They refused to take my photo for my passport because they said due to corona virus I couldn’t take my mask off in the store to get my photo taken. Called back to the store after taking to other stores who said it wouldn’t be a problem and asked to speak to a manager only to get another associate who didn’t get the manager on the phone and spoke for the manager instead. Still refusing my request. Called corporate and this is NOT TRUE you can get your passport taken at any Walgreens. Had to go out of my way to another Walgreens to get my photo taken. Hopefully corporate reaches back out to resolve my issue.

I left a detailed message with local District 91, spoke with Becky in corporate customer service (very helpful), and called and left a detailed message with the St. Louis county department. The corporate customer service case number is 12365394.nThe employee, Adrian, white female- 60s ish, refuses to wear her mask over her nose, thus defeating the point of the mask- to protect others at a Pharmacy.nnThis is not the first time I have witness this and had to be checked out by her. The first about a month ago and I called and spoke with the store manager on duty that time, Laura, she validated my concern, didn’t seem surprised at all, and said it was wrong and she would address it.nnToday, around 1pm, I was in there again and Adrian still isn’t wearing her mask over her nose. I spoke up this time and addressed it calmly but firmly with her, stating “I have to say something, you do know you have to wear the mask over the nose to properly protect others”. She was flustered I would address it and said “I don’t feel well today”... I responded that was more the reason to wear the mask correctly, that I am immune compromised, I have elderly parents, there are cancer patients, sick clients and elderly that shop here, it is a pharmacy and there is no excuse for not wearing her mask if she is working.nnI stated I would report her to corporate. She stated “oh please don’t, I will lose my job”. I plainly stated maybe she should since she couple wear her mask and her actions are hers alone so are her consequences. She then stated maybe she shouldn’t have come to work today and I agreed. I told her to call her manager and she did.nnThis time I spoke to Laurie, manager on duty around 1pm, 6/21/2020. Laurie said Adrian should have worn her make correctly and that she has a “tooth ache”. That is absolutely NO excuse and this isn’t the first time in over a month I have seen Adrian no wearing her mask appropriately. I asked for the corporate customer service and was given the employee-only number where they refused to help me with the real corporate customer service number. I found both the district and corporate numbers myself AND the St. Louis County reporting line.nnAdrian should lose her job, along with any management they plainly knew she was repeatedly not wearing her mask appropriately. While I was in line Laurie walked past and saw Adrian and shook her head but didn’t say anything. Management is not doing their job if they can discipline their employees. If I get COVID-19 after going there and doing the appropriate measure of wearing my own mask correctly, sanitizing and washing my hands and social distancing I will look into a lawsuit against the store and Walgreens. If I see her again without a mask I will call the police and an attorney. She deserves to lose her job because HER own actions she doesn’t seem to understand and transferred the blame to me if she got fired. Absolutely immature and ridiculous.

Shocked that an international corporation are not following the mandatory guidelines set out by the counties their stores are in. Watched a manager checkout someone without a mask at this store where the county has mandated masks indoors. She didn’t even inform the customer that they needed to wear a mask the next they came in.

My doctor filled a prescription that I wanted to pick up on the same day. I showed up 45 minutes after the pharmacy closed (not knowing they had shortened hours that day). As I turned to leave, an employee came out of the pharmacy and asked if I needed something. He was willing to get my script for me, even though he didn't have to and probably wanted to go home. Good people work here!

Went in for passport photos. Took a while to get the photos taken, then had to wait an hour for them to be developed. Paid $$.nWent directly to passport application site, and was told that the photos were unusable because they had been photoshopped! The State Department website very clearly states that photoshopping is forbidden. Didn't know that Walgreens photo guy did this, don't know why he would.nHad to go get another set of photos elsewhere.
