The manager here is an absolute Joke. Obviously does not understand how coupons work.

My wife loves their English muffins & has one every morning. Since she's been working from home during the China Flu I've been her delivery boy. The McDonald's staff is so friendly!

Went through the drive through an hour or so before close and employee was blatantly standing in sight of the window now wearing a mask-- completely not on their person. Whoever was taking orders kept pulling mask down whenever they spoke into the microphone and only pulled it back up when I asked if they weren't required to wear them. Talked to a manager about it and they completely glossed over the masks and just kept asking if I wanted a refund-- I did and have not returned since.

Just ordered a cheeseburger and a water, how difficult is that? The cheeseburger was cold and taste it terrible, I was driving when I was eating it and something was not right, now I’m feeling sick and the taste won’t go away. Last week same location charged me for food that wasn’t mine and the female manager asked me rudely what my order was, she didn’t even apologize and again rudely asked me to pull to the next window. Waited 10 mins to get my card back and the food that I had order at first. Please avoid this location, never again coming to this McDonald’s in town country by Clayton and 141, horrible service and horrible food.
