Small menu choices, fair prices for the portions but nothing to write home about. There are plenty of other Asian restaurants that have better choices. Service definitely needs a big boost.

Went for lunch. They didn’t have either of the entrées I wanted ready to go when they opened. So I waited. They said the wait would be 10 minutes. It was over 20 minutes and then they came out to say that they didn’t have the ingredients to make the honey ginger chicken. Well then why is it advertised EVERYWHERE? So fine, they just gave me 2 of the other one I ordered. And I paid for an egg roll and there was none in the bag when I got back to work to eat. The workers were all very nice and apologetic, but I have a problem with how this business is run. #1 - Whoever is in charge of inventory needs to be more on the ball. OR they need to remove old advertising. #2 - all main entrées should be ready to go when the store opens up or then specify that some are only dinner options. #3 - When you are down the street from a school, and you know the school has open campus, you lose a LOT of money by not having the store open to eat-in service. I saw at least 30 students walk to the store, walk up to the door, and walk away. And all of them had masks on. Poorly managed.

Been here many times and by far my least favorite panda express. Service is always kinda snappy and have often left without napkins or fortune cookies. This last experience was the worst. Spent 20 minutes in the drive through and when I got up to the window they had the wrong order and when I told them my order again they told me they had no entrees. I was seriously disappointed after waiting all that time and to be told at the last moment I wouldn't be getting my food. I'd suggest going to a different one

It seems everytime I go to this location to get food I end up having a bad experience. Everytime I seem to go here I get food that looks like it's been sitting for hour's. It's really unacceptable especially I even ask if the food is fresh and they say it is just to be lied to.

Items are frequently out and need to be cooked fresh at lunch rush. Staff needs to quit being lazy and ensure items are fully stocked at peak times. The dining room is closed currently so there should be no excuse.
