I had Grub Hub deliver pizza and their garlic breadstix yesterday to me. The bread was not cooked! 3/4 of it was raw dough!

It was great actually. We got the new Shaq pizza. It was really good but for us it would have been a little bit better if we could have added more toppings. But it is what it is. It was a good pizza and completely worth the money! ud83cudf55

The food was made incorrectly and arrived ice cold. Furthermore, the boxes were supposed to be sealed which they were not. My order took 45 minutes from the time it left the store and arrived at my house.nnWhen I submitted a survey the Store Manager Kristinas response was to comp me a large pizza on a $60 order. (Three pizzas made incorrectly, not charged correctly, and ice cold food). Then got a reply from the Area Supervisor Heather Thomas, who honestly, should not hold her position. Here is her latest response to me when I asked to speak to someone above her: “I am the area supervisor for this store. I do apologize that you did not feel the large pizza credit was sufficient. What would you like us to do for you to resolve this situation? Again I apologize that your order took longer than expected and was cold. We do appreciate your feedback and hope you have a great day.” Seriously I have to tell her how to rectify the situation? ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! If this is the quality they put into their food at that location with no accountability, I would honestly hate to see the store conditions. Going forward, I wouldn’t trust feeding their food to my dog.
