Food is always hot and good and staff is always the most friendly. I used to go to the west allis one and this one has way friendlier staff
I mean its an okay place. I had issues with this place before because of my orders not being right. I ordered online and I went through the drive-thru. The lady was super nice and told me to drive to the front because they were a bit backed up. She told me that it would be 3 mins and my order would be ready. No problem I am a understanding person. I went up to the front and instead of 3 minutes it was 15.. for me, im not that impatient and I am very understanding. After sitting there for 15 minutes, the lady came out with my order and she was so nice! She gave me an extra side for the long wait. Overall, the staff was great and they were really friendly like any of the other locations I went to. I gave it a 2 because my chicken was a bit dry and it was small and tough to chew.. and the the wait was a bit of a pain.
I haven’t been to kfc in a long time but I will say the 4 price chicken tender piece with French fries were excellent. Only one bad thing is they forgot to add my sauce but it’s all good bc the chicken was very soft and juicy. The French fries also were crisp and very tasty as well.
Alsha deserves a raiseud83eudd23 me and my friends just came and she was so funny, sweet, upbeat. I felt so welcomed, the grub hub order one of my friends didn’t come through and we waited 2 hours for our kfc delivery and she understood.
