Shout-out to the people who work the lunch rush for the high school because it looks horrible. But the food and service was still great. And last year I would always go here after extracurricular activities and get that free scoop from the receipt survey, and imma be honest, I definitely made up some of the confirmation codes on that survey ud83dude02

Food was hot and made very quickly and accurately, the soda fountain area was clean and tidy and so was the dining room. The staff was very kind except for the man who took my order. He was fairly older than the rest of the staff (mostly teenagers and young adults), maybe a manager, and was really cranky. The other employees were very pleasant. Would come back again.

My order was wrong when delivered to me. The waiter asked if I would like it changed. I said I don't have time can you please just give me a coupon for next time. He said sure. Then left to get the coupon. He did not return instead a woman came back with a dollar and said thats the difference that's what you get. I said it would be better to have a coupon so I can come back again. She said no you can only have this. I'm taken back because I just spent $17 on the meal and they messed it up. I said so I don't have an option she said no. She then identified herself as Lindsay the manager but she was not wearing a name tag. I left upset and couldn't even eat. I won't be returning anymore. Terrible service in my opinion. Isn't the goal to make the customer happy and offer excellent service? Neither one was given to me and not the correct order either.
