Excellent customer service and very friendly staff and the bank was very clean and fast service I will definitely be coming back
I asked them to withdrawal $1,600 from my account and ended up withdrawing all of my money from my bank account even though I gave them a withdrawal slip with the amount on it.
We love this branch. Everyone is always so nice and helpful when we come in. They never keep us waiting especially when we go inside, occasionally we've had to wait in the drive thru but that's pretty normal, nothing too long though. I've been banking with them for 3.5 years and I have never had a bad experience at all.
I was told they don’t have enough time to set up a bank account even though they closed in two hours. After a sigh and a second thought she finally did it then. I just wanted a regular checking account not some virtual wallet. There was supposed to be a tutorial and some help on setting the account up but clearly she didn’t want to do it because i was unappreciated. I left uninformed and without any option. I will be pulling my money which is not worth it to them.
Worst customer service ive ever seen at a bank. They kept me waiting for hours just to open an account.
