DEFY St. Louis

Defy is fantastic, my family has a wonderful time every time we visit! I think they do a great job at making sure everyone is having fun and being safe, everyone has always been very friendly. I do think management needs to be more aware of the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The main part is so clean and looks very nice but walking into the bathroom was like walking into another building, it could definitely use a deep clean.

We had so much fun at Defy. It’s such a great place for any aged kid and adults with energy to burn. You really can’t help but smile when you’re jumping, twirling and bouncing around together. The place was so clean, limited capacity, online reservations and friendly, helpful staff. We rented the inflatable globes for an additional cost and they were extremely fun and worth it. Icees and nachos at their concession stand made for a nice treat!

Brought my kiddos here on Friday afternoon and had a great time! Staff was friendly, facility was clean and it was crowded at all! What a great workout, too! Will definitely be back.

Personally, I think this place does NOT live up to the hype it looks to be online. 100% prefer rock n jump over here. Not only that, but the staff members aren't sociable at all, and do not make you feel as welcomed you should be. Honestly, I'd go buy a $400 trampoline of my own before I came back. ud83dudc4e

Marquis went above and beyond for the kids. He was polite, gave my daughter pointers on the skills she was practicing and reffed the dodge ball games. That type of interaction is so appreciated, the kids didn’t want to leave. He should be commended.nn(I was trying to figure out how to leave this review on my Google account rather than my sons, but I couldn’t figure it out.)
