i took my taxes in at 9 am and still after 8pm no response from them. I called and they were supposed to call me back but didn't. My taxes are like 1 max to do them and 9 hours later no call. I was THE FIRST ONE IN THERE. How could my taxes not be done yet. Never again.

Very poor service and not professional. I was misled from the initial phone call and they completely wasted my time. The H&R Block representative I dealt with gave me incorrect bookkeeping information. I would highly recommend contacting someone else. She didn't even care that she wasted my time.
