Public Storage

Public Storage is just okay. The facility is excellent because it was built as Beyond Storage, which was great all around including their customer service and their onsite staff. When Public took over, there was an immediate price increase. I don't remember exactly how much but at least 10 percent, I think more accurately like 15 percent. One positive from a minor thing was the loud squeak on the exit overhead door had been fixed. On the irritating side, they made us sign new agreements which included a limit on the value of our contents. It's not very high, especially if you have a larger storage space. They also didn't carry over our automated payments. The first I knew of this was when I received a late notice with a late fee. I set up the automated payment again easily enough and they did waive the fee. Suffice it to say, I would not choose to move in to their facility if I had another option like Beyond used to be. But my stuff is there so I'm kind of stuck. For now.

Amazing space, super clean and very accessible. Very easy to move Into as well. The staff members were very friendly and helpful in finding the best deal. Very secure facility and am super happy with the service provided

I can not begin to tell you how stress free Krista made the process of getting a storage unit. She is wonderful and was a master at communicating the process and rules. I had no fears or concerns. Now, I must also tell you her coworker on the 800 number, Melissa. Quick, caring and easy to work with was Melissa. She was wonderful!

Krista and Jasmine are very kind. They helped get make my move in quick and easy. The facility is climate controlled and clean!
