advance carpet I do use them I contract out them sometimes with my contractor's excellent place they're excellent on selling care stands not really high dollar wolves they don't sell a lot of those I've never seen a lot of that install but they're care stands or product that the service through their distributor excellent choices up their prices are reasonable and stars up there very well trained I didn't want you so yes if you have any situations you like to order carpet they finance anything you like up there okay you have a good day God bless America

Brian was great in the sales process. He showed up at my house to take measurements and dealt with an annoying dog that I was dogsitting. He explained the materials to me and provided two sample boards to select a color/type from. Once the material was selected 4 business days later i had an installed hardwood floor. The installer met my dad and completed an approx 300 square foot installation with carpet removal and haul away in under 4 hours. The floor was clean and there was no construction waste/dust in other areas of the house. I recommend this company for hardwood flooring.

The worst customer experience ever. We originally bought the material only but when our installer fell through I had to call 3 different times just to get a quote to lay the floors! Darren the regional manager finally sent me a quote however he said he needed to get some of his guys out there to acesss the floor. 3 weeks went by after numerous emails and phone calls with no response. He then called my boyfriend to tell him he has been sick the past week. This could have all been avoided if Darren gave this to someone else. Instead he never returned my calls or emails and just gave an excuse as to why he didn’t follow up even though we were waiting for weeks to get this scheduled. I will never buy anything from Advance Carpet One. I recommend you do not either. They don’t care about the customer, they just care about the money. Also for someone who is the reginonal manager of all the stores, you would think customer service would be their top priority.
