9Round StL - Wildwood

Let me start off by saying that I really enjoyed working out at 9Round. Due to COVID and personal reasons I haven’t worked out for a large majority of the year. I recommended 9R to many people because it was a solid workout with large calorie burn in a short time. I’ve been a member there for over two years and never missed a payment. Even during COVID-19 I kept paying and never balked-understanding and desiring to support a small business. I received a couple emails stating I needed to tell you guys how I was going to go forward. I ended up calling the day or a day after the due date. My account then apparently went into “automatic payments” switching to not only continued “monthly” payments but a complete 50% increase in price. I had called before during business hours and again received no answer. The answer I finally did receive was days later and not via a call/personally but through a impersonal email/text with your “policy”. I went to facility to speak with a coach there about this. Upon respectfully letting her know my concerns I was given a very curt reception. She stated it didn’t matter and that it was written somewhere contract with no grace-no matter what. What a dreadful example of customer service to a loyal member who supported you guys through the pandemic. What a pure example of cash over customer. I’ve been a member at a couple different places over my years and never have I seen such a lack of respect and care for the customer base. It’s an incredible disappointment and I’m disappointed that I had such faith in this company that I recommended it to many. A penny rich-a pound foolish.

Motivating trainers, super fun work out with daily variety. The trainers are detailed and dedicated!!

Nice clean store...great place to run in and get groceries.

Killer workout in 35 minutes and trainers are fun but push you to challenge yourself. Big fan of 9round.

9 rounds is an amazing place to workout. I never once have felt out of place. All the trainers are great and very motivating! Highly recommend to anyone of any age or size.
