Wildwood Yoga & Wellness will provide you with the workout that is right for you. In addition, they have stretch therapy, and nutrition guidance. Write a note to yourself, when the pandemic is over check this place out.
I'd not experienced restorative yoga before. The instructor was warm and helpful and I felt relaxed and cleansed afterward. Will definitely be back.
I recently moved to the area and was looking for a yoga studio. I couldn't have found a better place than Wildwood Yoga and Wellness! They offer a variety of classes at convenient times, the studio is a very serene space, and all the instructors I've had so far have been great.
