This is a nice clean facility with really nice mats. The instructors are excellent and there are a handful of them. If you go here steadily you will get to learn from several different styles. If you're able to get to this school and want to learn self defense or sport this is the place to be
I've done grappling martial arts, off and on, for years, and no place has quite the same friendly atmosphere this gym does. The price is right, the people are great and the instruction is top notch!

Laid back atmosphere and highly skilled teachers. Everyone is humble and will meet you at your skill level. Fantastic for both self defense and getting into shape. This school has a phenomenal lineage - Brian Imholz-J.W. Wright-David Adiv/Royler Gracie - that is a shallow lineage and you are getting amazing fundamentals.
A fantastic growing community. A great workout, useful skills, and great people.
