I use to love banking with PNC a couple years ago, but in the past year they have hired what seems like all new employees. Any time I need to call up there their attitude and tone makes me feel like I am bothering them. I called a couple days ago to see if they could provide to me my account and routing number so I could set up monthly payments for my car payment, the first girl I spoke to said that she couldn't provide that over the phone, ok no biggie. I called back to ask one other question and a man answered and actually told me that they can provide that information over the phone and that she was just busy and that's why she told me that. WHAT?!nI rarely leave reviews, but I also work for a different bank and we do not treat our customers this way.nI will say their services (debit card, online banking, etc.) are great.nBut do not expect great services if you call up there.nSo sad to see how much such a great place has gone down hill.
If you want any kind of help or security DO NOT BANK HERE. This is the worst branch of any bank I have ever seen in my life. Incompetent bank tellers will cause you to lose a lot of money. If you care about your money, please avoid this bank

Staff is great. They greet me immediately once i walk in. Nice building, weird that typically has 3 employees in the building at most time. It is a real slow banking center.
