The staff have been very helpful from the beginning and teaching how to use the unit to any issues throughout the time I've had it.. my issues have all been few but handled swiftly by the staff... Appointments recalibrations are easy and flawlessly done.. the unit itself is reliable.. accurate.. and even throughout our cold season in Wisconsin .. it's reliable..nnobody enjoys these devices that is true but if I have to pick from the three brands I've used in the past this one by far is the best overall experience... and we all know whole horrible it is to have one of these in our vehicles so anything that makes it easier is appreciated..
I was already nervous about this device being installed on my car because of stories from others so I chose WI Interlock because this is all they do. Sure enough, my car JUST SO HAPPENED to have issues after the install. Literally right after I left I noticed my airbag warning light on and then when I went to use my cruise control that didnt work either. Immediately went back, told the rep, he checked his work, and I drove off to see if anything changed. It was the same. Went back AGAIN and he said I needed to take it to a mechanic and if they can PROVE the problem was caused by them they will pay for it!?! Excuse me?? I came to you guys for the install because this is the ONLY thing they do. Their supposedly specialists but I ended up walking out with more problems than I came in with. After dealing with this dui I have enough problems and didnt need more.
