Never even went. Called twice, left messages both time and got no call back. Even called when they were open and no answer or call back. All I needed was a sunstrip. Instead I went back to Film Pro in waukesha, they did all my windows and strip last summer, zero bubbles still. Got a response the same day and got an appointment the same week for a strip. It was done in like 20 minutes and the owner and me had a nice conversation while he worked.

They did the front windows on my 2020 Explorer. Looks great, good price, and was in and out of there within an hour. Will recommend.
