Been to this location drive up twice. Treated terribly both times, employees are rude and have attitudes when asking simple questions. I plan to take my business elsewhere until your tellers figure out where their paycheck comes from

Don't take care pf customers told them Dept card didn't work at half the places I went to, went out of town and was cleared and still didn't work had to pull money out of ATM that was charged for since I got this card didn't care about the fees I was charged now they gave me a new one let's see how this one works after spending hundreds of dollars in ATM fees they said it could be the chip well if it could be the chip they should reimburse me for all my fees
