Ive been trying to call them for the past 30 mins and it doesnt ring...just says sorry the party you are trying to reach doesnt have vm set up.nnUpdate: Its now 6 days later and no one from the store or from Jimmy Johns corporate have contacted me after entering all of my information at the link below.

Ordered a sandwhich at 6:52pm through the app. The store closes at 8pm. The app shows it was received & it never came. They are now closed (after waiting over an hour). I am so disappointed & expect a full refund. I am .07 miles away at the hotel near by.

I really wish there was a zero star option. I called twice and it rang out, i drove up to the store as i live 5 minutes away, saw two employees one was the manager and the other was a female sitting down texting. I called a third time from the parking lot and watched both of them look at the phone and continue talking. This is ridiculous. Horribly managed and rude as you can imagine.

Just wanted to warn those who are concerned. At JJs on Ballas and Manchester. Tall male employee is not wearing a mask (has a bandanna around his neck not covering his face) while speaking with other employee a foot away and is preparing the food - why wear gloves at this point. Scary. The female employee is wear a mask - nice job!

First time visiting and the food just wasn't good. Its definitely overrated. The Turkey was bland and had an unusual taste. They were out of the roast beef and it was only the middle of the day. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth and I'll never go back...to any location.
