Ordered for delivery one hour later the sandwich was delivered, which would have been fine had the guy not left without handing my food to me (and left it on the hospital floor) then turns out he did not leave me the correct drink, and would not answer my calls after. It is what looks to be a blue Powerade drink. My advice is don't tip until the food arrives.

I feel kind of petty even leaving a review like this but I live about 5 blocks from this location and work from home atm. It's s been about an hour and a half since I placed my order and it's still not here.nnIf you're ordering for your scheduled lunch break I would not recommend ordering from here.

I work off Wydown Blvd in Clayton. Approximately one mile from this location. I’ve ordered Jimmy Johns from their Delmar location multiple times in the last 12 months. Every single time my order has taken AT LEAST 45 minutes late. At the moment I am still waiting for my lunch. It is 3:05pm. I ordered it at 2:05pm, exactly one hour ago. My lunch break started at 2:30pm, giving them 25-30 minutes to deliver my 6inch sandwich and a drink. My lunch break is now over and when I call to ask about it I’m only told it is “out for delivery”. I was told that at 2:35pm. It should not take over 30 minutes for a 1 mile drive to deliver a sandwich. Multiple times I’ve also been told a delivery driver is delivering multiple orders, which is understandable, but for a place that prides itself on being fast I’m setting here starving and having to go back to work while still waiting for what I ordered. If you want Jimmy Johns from Delmar, either order from a different location (like Hanley) or pick it up instead of getting it delivered.

I ordered food online and got a confirmation right away. I waited, watching the track order option which never changed from Order Received. After 40 minutes I just went to the store. The person who seemed to be in charge told me nonchalantly that they are really busy and didn't have time to tap the button saying the order was ready. When I got home, I realized our order was wrong. When I called to say it was wrong, the same gentleman kept telling me I got what I ordered,continues to argue his point. When I said stop arguing with me, and I admittedly was angry at this point. He said he didnt have to deal with this and hung up in me. I will never be back if this is what they call container service.
