This location does not follow the motto “freaky fast” although the company’s ad campaigns will convince you that this is how they operate.nnI gave up on ordering delivery, on multiple occasions the delivery person showed up well over an hour after ordering. Then they blame it on being busy...but they didn’t mention when you order that it will take over an hour to deliver...nnI then decide to just order in person to avoid this and they still managed to get my order wrong, once I got home I realized this.nnThe employees here are rude, they are more concerned with sitting around and talking than helping customer.nnA note to the owner..change your staff and give customers a reasonable expectation of when there food will arrive or you will continue to receive 1 star reviews.

Ordered delivery the driver brought it to the wrong house. When I called to complain that I hadn’t received my sandwich the “manager” accused me of trying to scam them. She said her driver had knocked several times on my door (a lie) and that he had called me several times (another lie.) eventually the driver realized he might have brought my food to the wrong house and returned with my now two hour old sandwich. The manager lady never apologized and my food was never comped. Great place to order from if you want to wait a couple hours, get accused of theft, then pay full price. What a joke.

I have had nothing but trouble with MAPLEWOOD Jimmy John’s recently. I placed an order almost an HOUR ago. This is their average delivery time, apparently. Last time they told me they lost my order when I called after an hour. The (clearly young and unprofessional) “manager” is flippant and offers nothing except to cancel your order. After an HOUR. The last 3 times have been the same experience. Shame on me for wasting my time yet again with this incompetently run store. This will be the last time.

I have used JJ maplewood often and have been happy. Delivery is not as freaky fast as it used to be. I just read something disturbing, FDA has written a warning letter against JJ for vegetables tied to e-coli. I think I'll wait until that is resolved before ordering again.

Work right across the street so I've ordered it quite a few times. It has never been freaky fast. Average delivery time is about 40 minutes for me. But they usually get my order right..
