I like the Jimmy John's sandwich breads. And there's not usually some big conversation of what goes inside. Order your sandwich, fill your drink cup with whatever makes you happy, and grab your already made sandwich on your way out the door. Freaky fast. I've been liking it for years.

Food has taken way too long multiple times and horrible customer service. Don't order from the Brentwood Location!

I ordered delivery twice this week from this location.nnThe first time, my delivery didn't arrive and I had to call the store. When they remade my order and delivered it, the delivery driver did not respect my social distancing request. The next day, I found the original delivery on my door step in a smelly, soggy bag. I don't know if the original delivery driver finally decided to deliver it or if a neighbor going on their doorstep and threw it on mine.nnThe second time, the entire loaf of bread was burnt and crusty. I didn't even bother complaining, it's obvious this location is not managed appropriately.

Delicious and made with care, but please make sure your employees are wearing their masks properly, especially when making food!
