You get what you pay for. Never had any key they cut not work. Cannot say that about the big box stores. Great service

Terribly rude. No in person without an appointment. Over a year into the pandemic and they still wont open for the general public. They're actually great at being locksmiths. Terrible at customer service.

Never open. Website says walk-in availability MWF, get to the shop, sign in the door says appointment only. That’s how you lose business. Guess I’m going to the guy in Kirkwood instead.

completely waste of time. Was not able to repair or assist in anyway replacement of a lock. Would never recommend or use again. Poor referral from another vendor. Repair person was fine. Poor quality of a company in ability to make repairs

They are always extremely helpful. Have used Bruce for years.
