Alan and Michael were extremely welcoming. I made an appointment, but when I arrived, I was the only one. I would imagine an appointment would be necessary during peak times. Michael was excellent and I should have gone to see him sooner for my beard (and hair). It was my first time visiting a barber in years and all I had to do was show him a photo of the beard style I was going for and he captured it perfectly. The location and staff are great and the shop is super clean. They have a customer for life.
