Cool place with upbeat and friendly instructors and support staff. I have been several times and never been pressured into joining or purchasing a monthly membership. If you dont want or cannot afford the automatic payments purchase a class pack.

A friend of mine had told me about this place and how she as improving and loving it. I even accompanied her on an occasion and thoroughly enjoyed it. however, i was very disappointed to learn that after some heartaches that she had to endure, and AFTER cancelling her membership due to those heartaches, she was STILL CHARGED BECAUSE SHE CANCELLED 27 DAYS IN ADVANCE, INSTEAD OF 30 DAYS!! LITERALLY ONLY 3 DAY DIFFERENCE!! Lets add the fact that you MUST cancel in person!! Thats ridiculous and they have not only lost a current member but also a future member!!!

Don’t do unlimited rides with this company because they will continue to take your money even when you cancel. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in 2 years but kept going because I love the instructors. Recently I had to cancel due to financial hardships and my grandmother passed away and I’ve paid a lot for her funeral. With that said I explained them taking that money will put a negative in my account. I explained this to them and they said “im sorry for your hardships but there’s nothing we can do. Your 30 days is on the 13th but we had to take it on the 10 th so there’s nothing we can do.” They care nothing about members just money. I’m ashamed to even have gone had friends support their company. I usually don’t blast people but they were so insensitive and heartless. I could speak on the other negative experiences I’ve had with them that I wasn’t treated the same as other members but this one was the biggest.

I'm not a spin person but I enjoyed my first ride here. Take a class with Caroline, she's a great instructor and motivator. If anything else, you're guaranteed to get a good sweat.nnFirst time riders only pay $10 and you get a free water bottle!
