Great facility. I like having the shower unlike 9 round. The trainer will help you do the exercises correctly and customize for your fitness, goals or injuries. I lost inches from the waist in under 6 weeks with 2 workouts a week

Great to have access at any time, but really appreciate the personal coaching of the trainers. i see them making suggestions and modifications for other members that are different from what they did for me.

They not only care about your fitness and ability to self-defend, but they care about you as a person.
