This place is awesome! It is the mecca for gyms in West County and has everything you need from 2 swimming pools, In-house Spa, Haircuts, Chiropractor, 50 personal trainers to fit your needs. Not to mention they have a cafe with clean foods! Happy I joined :)

This gym is astonishing. They got a marvelous facility, top equipment, and a great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone! Highly recommended!

This is by far the best gym I've ever worked out at. Staff is friendly, place is clean with high quality equipment. The classes are flexible and easy to join. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! I would give them 6 stars if I could. I will be forever grateful for the kid camp in the summer then taking the reins during COVID as all of our schools were still going virtually. Top notch staff. The facilities are five star. You should join now!

I have been a member of the Frontenec MO location for 1 year and continue to be impressed with the welcoming staff and cleanliness of the gym. I know there a cheaper options but this gym has an outdoor pool in the summer that will make you feel like your on vacation. Also I rarely have to wait for equipment and the place is spotless.
