Cleanest studio in St. Louis and the equipment is well kept. Extremely well managed. The staff is overwhelming positive and happy on a consistent basis. The sense of community cannot go unnoticed; the staff and members seem more like family. Most organized, well planned workout that always keeps you guessing and coming back for more. If you haven’t tried this workout, or have been considering, put that thought to action- you won’t regret it!!

Engaging and enjoyable. Total body great workout and variety. Staff are informative and communicate frequently.nI didn’t think I could complete the workout day one but I am happy to say I did.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I felt welcomed and at ease starting a new class. The trainer Kai was very motivating and pushed me to challenge myself. I felt a true full body workout and can definitely understand why everyone there looks so fit! The old saying is true- You get what you pay for!

Every single coach is amazing and highly motivating. The staff is very welcoming and genuinely wants you to better yourself in the best way possible. You are pushed in a way that you will want to better yourself and push yourself to your max, you will not be pushed to do anything you don't want to do or don't feel comfortable doing. Highly recommend just going to this studio and giving the workout a try, it's a completely free first class so there is nothing to lose.

The equipment is brand new and the staff is always friendly and smiling. It's nice to finally have a gym I can look forward to every day.
