Great class for balance, flexibility, strength, and opening up. Great instruction.

I really like the new location as it is a much more open space. Emilee is the best and has a high level of expertise which is matched by her engaging personality and supportive demeanor. My weekly sessions are positive experiences and I highly recommend you check them out.
