Get whipped into shape in a fun atmosphere, with awesome trainers, 10/10 recommended
Let me begin by saying that I love Glove Up Fitness. The small class size allows for some one on one work with the trainers, all of whom are excellent, and who truly care about teaching good form and generally giving a great workout to everyone who enters the gym, regardless of experience or ability. The atmosphere is welcoming and enthusiastic! I can’t say enough good things about Glove Up Fitness!
My wife and I absolutely love this gym. We never boxed before but that didn't matter. Ariana, Jay and all the trainers are so welcoming that you instantly feel like part of their family. We joined after our first workout and have learned so much about fitness, training and boxing. So much joy and enthusiasm while we learn a new skill and a great workout. And joining was easy, the monthly is very reasonable and there are no added fees. We love it.
I’ve been training with Jay for a little bit over 1 and half years (twice a week personal training) before I left St. Louis area and relocate for a new job. He’s the best trainer I’ve ever met - hardworking, pushing your limits. I was able to drop from 210lbs to 185lbs with his help and not to mention on a much better lifestyle than I’ve ever could imagine. If you are really serious about your heath and is committed to make it better you should definitely check this place out!
Awesome gym. Very good and experienced trainers. Convenient location. If you are experienced or a beginner you will learn proper techniques and get an amazing workout. The Small class sizes give you more personal attention . Try it out and and you’ll be Satisfied.
