I cannot say enough good things about my Brighton Electric experience! When I started down the path of bidding the replacement of my 50-year-old panel and upgrade of service from 100A to 200A, I was completely dreading it, thinking it would be a long, super expensive project. Never fear--Brighton was there! I found everyone at Brighton to be friendly, responsive, professional, and helpful. From the estimator, Scott, to the electricians, to Cynthia in the main office--each person gave me confidence in their ability to do the job well. I had a couple different things I wanted done in addition to a panel upgrade, so Scott took care in bidding those as well. I thought Brighton was well-priced compared to some other bids I received for the panel replacement and upgrade. From bid to panel install/service upgrade/light switch install/light install was less than 10 days, which I thought was incredibly fast. On the day of the panel upgrade, the electricians arrived on time to my house and did the job with quality. They communicated well how the day's process would work, and at the end of the day, made sure to tell me what to expect next with inspection. They used a drop cloth to protect my flooring and cleaned up any mess they made. I couldn't brag on them enough. I also met electrician Ryan and appreciated his work at my home as well. Scott kept tabs each step of the way on how my experience was going so I felt supported start to finish, and I am really just thrilled with how everything turned out! I'll be using Brighton again for my future electrical needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-centric electrician service. Thank you, Brighton!

Our installer Brian arrived promptly. He was very friendly and professional. Brian dealt with our electrical problem and explained the problem. He also was able to address an old electrical issue in the course of the visit that can be corrected at a later date. Great experience and would not hesitate using Brighton in the future.

We have used Brighton Electric twice. We first used them a couple of months ago and because we had a very positive experience, we decided to call Brighton Electric again. In both cases, they were professional, courteous, easy to work with and efficient. They were happy to explain anything we needed with great attention to detail. We highly recommend Brighton Electric and we will absolutely use them for future electrical work. Well done!

I loved everything about Brighton! They were easy to work with when updating our kitchen electric during our remodel and providing a sub panel. They did a great job, were reasonable and their customer service was wonderful. Thank you for everything!!

This is the second time I have used Brighton Electric. I used them five years ago to install indoor overhead lighting in several rooms. I decided that even though this job was smaller. I wanted it done right so I called Brighton again. I Needed a new outdoor security light and also replaced an indoor ceiling fixture. I was given a quick appointment. GLENN arrived on time properly attired with a mask for Covid precautions. He worked quickly And professionally. He Explained the new fixtures and of course set the new security light after installing it. Glenn was very nice and I felt totally comfortable with him in my home. I also appreciated the helpfulness of Cynthia, who scheduled this appointment for me. I highly recommend Brighton Electric
