CVS

I am usually a Walgreen's shopper. I get all my prescriptions there as well. On 3 different occasions- the last one being yesterday- I have opted for this CVS store because I was leaving work and turning onto Manchester so it was more convenient. I guess all the soap has to be locked up because people gotta steal but after pressing the button and waiting quite a few minutes I gave up and grabbed some soap off the shelf that i didn't really want but why not? I guess this soap isn't deemed desirable so they don't have to lock it up...then there's the self checkout. Don't get me started. They encourage you to use it. I don't want to if i don't need to so I opted to stay in line for the lone checker they had working. I was a cashier for a long time and get being frustrated but your job is to be helpful and get the customers taken care of. Oh, and maybe a dedicated employee to unlock the valuable items so that people that want to buy them can.

The techs are ok but the pharmacist is rude, and the other pharmacist doesn’t care about you. She shouldn’t be working in retail if customer service is not her thing. If you are on a brand name drug, go somewhere else where the staff knows how to get the job done.nI’ve been a cvs customer for over a decade and I’ve been using this cvs for a couple of years due to relocation. I am extremely disappointed and the pharmacist suggested I’ll go somewhere else to fill my prescriptions.

Not the most helpful or pleasant staff in the pharmacy. Highly recommend not having to call as they don't answer. Which is odd since they typically are on the phone for lengthy periods before helping, or even acknowledging, those waiting in line when I pick up prescriptions.

This CVS is a joke. My cat is diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day. My vet called in a prescription for a refill of syringes and the pharmacist refused to fill the prescription and went so far as to tell my vet they didn’t think they were legit and they were just trying to get syringes. Every time I go into this location, the employees are rude and not helpful at all. I will certainly not be shopping at CVS ever again, and will be taking my business to Walgreens. Do better CVS, you are deplorable.

The pharmacist is incredibly rude, and will not in anyway be helpful at all. My medications had to be approved by insurance (OH! Also CVS!), and did nothing to follow up with the process at all. Offered no helpful information, and sent the request in an incorrect manner. It is unfortunate that pharmacists are asked to do customer service, since they obviously are only able to deal with medications.
