units size is not what is stated. stored a boat with exact dimensions. first day arrived unit was not open someone else was occupying. 2nd boat did not fit, then was told the units are not the exact dimensions. also measured physically had to up grade size which was more money. mind you i am driving around with a boat. 3rd- went in to set up credit card payment the lady could not get to work so left card number with her never heard back. then i notice they hadn't taken money out. called and was charged a late fee due to their employee not being able to follow up and enter my information
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this business.nnThe owner failed to refund me a $60 discount off of my last month’s dues. He agreed to this when I originally signed up.nnIt also took 5 weeks and 5 phone calls and 2 visits to the location from me to finally receive my $100 deposit back.nnI informed the office that I was moving out more than 30 days from my move out date. They somehow lost record of that info, and claimed that I only gave a two week move out notice (which is not true... I gave over a month notice).nnIn the end, All-One Storage refused to refund me $60. The business owner also had the audacity to insult me over text by saying: “Maybe you can’t read?” and then said, “Do not call us!”nnI HIGHLY recommend taking your business to another storage facility.
Been renting from them for 4 years! Started with a 10x10 and now switched to a 10x20!nBeth a Ralph are pleasent to work with! The prices are affordable and insurance is available thru them.nIf I could give them 10 stars, I would!
Stopped across the street at BERETTA'S small engine shop. THE BEST SHOP OF THEM ALL!!!!!
We needed a month of storage. Jack was quick to work with and when we requested a credit back for deposit it arrived quickly WITHOUT having to follow up.nnJack is a class act.
