Brought my currently vehicle in for an appraisal and was able to receive several thousands of dollars over blue book for my vehicle.nnThat helped me get into a newer vehicle of my liking that I was so fascinated about. I worked with Ken and Kayla which were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was constantly updated and informed on new and updating information throughout the trade in and loan process.nnKayla especially likes to reach out and keep people updated and informed. If your looking to buy new or trade, Kayla or ken is the top two people I would recommend. I’m very pleased with how everything went and was accomplished.

Having been a satisfied service customer for years I recently had my first sales experience with Jim Butler Maserati/Alfa Romeo. Chance and Najja exceeded expectations with their commitment to making sure the car I was looking to purchase was the right one, and the purchase process was fair and low pressure. Jim the Finance Manager was also great to work with. He did a great job of explaining everything and answering questions. It was clear customer satisfaction is a priority with this dealership.

UPDATED: 3/16/2021nFirst and foremost when I spoke with Brad Sowers (the owner) he basically asked me to take down my review and said he would speak with his manager about my experience. I am in no way leaving a bad review based on getting a deal on a car. I am in fact 100% leaving a review on the terrible experience I had at your dealership Brad, and my experience with you for that matter. Your reply about me removing my review because you gave me what you call exact information on a car is not relevant at all in this situation. My review would not have been removed if you gave me a car. The experience was terrible. In my opinion your reply shows you are in the wrong and that you are aware that Jim is a crook as you are defensive instead of just accepting your fault.nnI went in for a specific used car I found online. I called and spoke with a great, friendly, and helpful sales associate. Explained my max dollar amount and agreed if we could not make a deal I completely understand and due to my great experience with her that I would return to her with future vehicle purchases. The finance manager blew that. Jim has zero integrity. He actually got angry with me for trying to thank them for their time and just leave. He was extremely pushy and unprofessional. If he was an employee of mine and spoke to a customer of mine how he spoke to me he would have been fired immediately. I would avoid him at all costs.

Experience beyond expectations. Absolutely love the Service, team work, finance team, and my new Alfa Romero. Thank you Jim Butler team, I’m thankful this was my first and only stop for a new vehicle.
