As usual the staff was proficient and professional. They performed their work quickly and pointed out things that needed attention. I was not pressured to do any repair that I did not believe was necessary. Each service experience is better than the last.
Customer service and the experience of purchasing a vehicle through Porsche of St. Louis was smooth and easy. We worked with Dave and he made the experience that much better. Working with us to find what we wanted and being most responsive. His communication was efficient and effective. At the young age of 50 I have purchased my share of vehicles and would say that this has been by far my best experience. My salesman Josh was professional, genuine, was spot on knowledgeable about his product. The Porsche Macan sold itself. Josh was just there to make it fun. I have yet to require service so I cannot speak for it but if it's anything as good as the sale it will be worth the commute from St. Charles. Thanks again Josh!
Wonderful experience from initial walk in to drive out. Josh was fantastic, very knowledgeable about every car on the lot. He was able to help us narrow down to what car we were actually looking for (we weren't initially sure if we wanted a coupe or sedan) with no pressure, gave us plenty of time to mull over the decision and within 18 hours we had fallen in love and were driving home.
Jim W was super nice to accommodate my request to replace one flat tire. He agreed although I had no prior appointment. Porsche staff are very nice to work with. Thanks
