Fantastic Experience! I greatly dislike the car buying process. All of it. I always look online first so when I go in I know what I'm looking for and that's it. I don't want all the sales bs. I met with Martin for my test drive and he was great! Friendly, informative, encouraging and professional. I left without buying the car but I liked it and felt great about my interaction with Martin. The following day after spending the evening researching more I decided to buy the car. Martin was not working but I was handed off to Ken Brown who is Phenomenal as well. He is professional, personable, and thorough. I had to wait a little bit to meet with finance and he was hospitable and attentive while I waited. I enjoyed Michael in finance as well. What a wonderful team you have in these gentlemen. I had a great experience getting my car serviced at this dealer! I had some issues with my wheel and alignment due to a flat tire and they were able to fix everything at a very reasonable price. The service was incredibly friendly as well, Sean was super helpful and I appreciated Tom coming out to pick me up to get my car via their shuttle service! I will definitely be back if I experience further car issues in the future.

I'd like to compliment Arthur Johnson and Ron Danback with the way they presented a trade for a used car with respect and a true customer service mentality. I have a habit of feeling my trade-in is always worth a lot more than it is and this time was no exception. They took the time to explain why and how to look at the overall package that clearly showed why they were at the number they were. Not what I wanted to hear, but honestly a very straight forward friendly professional approach to a process I usually dread.
