Maypop Coffee & Garden Shop

I really enjoy Maypop! It's a cute community garden center with a nice café attached. It made a wonderful date place to escape to during the winter and pandemic. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the variety of plants and products they offer.nnThey're currently transitioning to spring/summer stock. I was very disappointed to find prices on a large portion of indoor plants were inflated $4-5 per plant compared to my last visit TWO weeks ago. Their prices are now a bit inflated, unfortunately. I ended up going to a different nursery. ud83dude10

Quaint greenhouse with coffee! What's not to love? I visited in January and the selection of house plants was pretty good. I can't wait to return in the summer when they have a better selection. They had a descent planter selection but they were a little pricier than some other spots in town.

Just what the doctor ordered...an amazing nursery with option for coffee! Yay, this is a haven for green thumbs and plain ole plant lovers like myself. Edible plants, herbs, ferns, succulents, hanging, standing, floating, terrarium, clay pots of all sizes, plant food, stickers and pleasant/knowledgeable service. Oh, and I loved the playlist; total vibe.nnParking available on their small lot; slow down or you’ll miss the turn.nnMasks must be worn inside.nnI cannot wait to go back, this place made my soul smile.

Everyone was incredibly kind and very diligent in making sure covid procedures were being followed. My friends and I had to wait for some people to leave before entering since they were at capacity and they gave us cardboard hats to help shield us from the rain. I can't wait to get to go back!

By far one of the coolest greenhouse/plant nursery in the STL area. Coffees and teas are delicious too. Such a cool place.
