Worst simmons bank ive ever been too the tellers are absolutely terrible and rude as they get if i could give you zero stars i would i highly recommend for you never to go to this branch location.
An excellent bank, great people and service. Someone really stupid designed the parking lot however at the Clayton office. Everything is in reverse including the entrance and exit ways, and so you drive through the teller backwards as to the intended design and face away from the bankers window. It is embarasing that no one has corrected this and simply reverse the entrance and exit ways. Must have been an Wash U graduate.
You may want to shop elsewhere for an HSA than Simmons. They neglected to tell me there is a $3 / month service charge for HSAs. BMO Harris actually pays me interest each month on an HSA I have there (HSAs are amazing, by the way).
Teller inside is always unfriendly.
My wait was over an hour it was one banker and one teller I just needed to have papers notarize....☹
