I just wanted to tell you about a great experience I had with your bank today. I called this morning to open a business checking account. Doug Smith took my call. He walked me though the entire process, sent me the appropriate forms, and took care of everything. I just got back from using your drive-up to drop off the paperwork and make my first deposit. Doug came to the window and even had temporary checks waiting for me.
