Best Mexican option around! Friendly, fast service, good authentic food at reasonable prices. Definitely going back
I had two pork enchiladas, one with mole and the other with verde because I didn’t know which I’d prefer. Everything was delicious including rice and beans. I saw Mexican families eating here also which impressed me that their food must be authentic.

This place is just fantastic. Very authentic dishes, not just thrown together like other Mexican places. Great staff also. Definitely a “hole in the wall” place you should try. Only about 7 tables. Try the authentic huaraches. THE BEST!
I have tried just about every place you can get authentic tacos at in the Waukesha area and Taqueria Guadalajara is by far the best!!! I have ordered from here many times and have never had any issues, the food is always fresh and the sauces are delicious. There menu has something for everyone. The food also travels well if you are ordering it to go.
