Sakura Japan has a very polite and professional staff. The interior is nice and for a cheaper sushi dinner there was nothing to complain about.nWith that being said, know ahead of time you aren't going there for a 5 star sushi meal.nThe only negative thing I would say is there is definitely fresher tasting sushi in the waukehaa/brookfield area.
Went to Sakura Japan for my birthday, had a wonderful evening. Sake was smooth, sushi was beautiful and tasty, must try their pork dumpling! I ordered the beef boolgogi and my boyfriend ordered chickenkatsu. Always starts with a nice salad with a peanut dressing, entrees come with miso and AMAZING white rice. 10/10 definitely coming here again.

Excellent food. Great service. My server was Sam. Very polite and helpful. Simply loved the unagi sushi and the green tea mochi was awesome. The mochi was not too sweet, authentic green tea taste. I loved the hot green tea as well. Will go back for sure.
Its alright. There are more better Japanese places than this one. Portion is small. Service is good. Friendly staff.
