Horrible experience - I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. Seriously.nnThe two young men that came to install our new granite countertop snapped our piping that was attached to our sink while ripping out our old laminate countertop.nnCustomer service was even worse than the job they performed.nnSupposedly, according to Carolyn, who is the manager I spoke with to try to resolve our broken pipe issue, my wife went in to sign the paperwork and was explicitly told and made aware of the fact that we were to disconnect the plumbing before their arrival; however, my wife was NEVER told we were required to do this.nnDespite Carolyn being adamant about this fact, she was not there to explain the contract; one of her employees who seems to work exclusively at the warehouse - who also barely could speak any English - gave my wife the contract.nnCarolyn keeps harping on the fact that my wife was told everything, despite her not even being present for the paperwork herself to explicitly explain the contract.nnMy wife is a physician. She went in on a Saturday - on a day she did not have any patients scheduled. I think she's intelligent enough to follow a couple simple directions.nnHypothetically, even if we were told to disconnect the plumbing and we mistakenly forgot to do it, this does not justify their snapping of our piping.nnTypically, if a company feels that they could be liable for damages, then they would stop what they're doing - not go ahead and break something and blame it on their client.nnTo be honest, the above cost does not even compare to the 4 cabinets their employees scratched up, which I now have to try to replace or repair out of pocket, because there's no way I can prove that they were responsible for the scratches.nnNo remorse. Poor customer service. Unprincipled. Poor work quality.nnNo one from Cabinets & Granites Inc ever apologized for their negligence. And they still haven't. They would rather point the finger at us.nnThere are just as affordable or even better options available in St. Louis. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

My husband, Tony and I purchased a granite counter top from here and we really love it. The price was affordable, customer service and staff were phenomenal. We highly recommend purchasing your cabinets and granite here. Also, the delivery of our granite arrived on the exact date that it was scheduled. Again, if you want a quality product at an affordable price you can make your purchase at cabinets and granite.nMr. & Mrs. Nichols

These guys are first rate. They do a great job with installation. They are prompt and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The price can’t be be either.

I am an investor and have rehabbed many houses and apartments in Saint Louis. About four years ago, after shopping around for cabinets and countertops, I started buying kitchens from Cabinets and Granite inc. I found the prices v reasonable and the quality of cabinets is very superior. The measurements and installations are done in very professional manner. Installers are knowledgeable and if professional quality. I would recommend Cabinets and Granite to anyone without any reservation.

Michael was amazing through the whole project. Canal say enough about how wonderful he is. Mei/Carolyn /Ying are amazing groups of guys.Project was a long project and kept me up to date on everything through entire project.would definitely recommend and will be using their company again.
