Amazon Fulfillment Center STL8

It wasn't to bad for a Distribution Center. The people are nice and it didn't take to long to get unloaded. Pretty easy process compared to most Distribution Centers.

3 family members work there and they love it. They say its the best place to work. They are always talking about meeting the nicest people.

Parking lot is a nightmare. There is one small pickup/drop off lane that is not monitored. People don't pull forward and so it is almost impossible to drop off or pick up an employee correctly. This causes even more traffic back up as people have to then stop in the middle of the lanes to drop off or pick up employees.

...”they” told me it would be over in a few minutes, my trailer is on the dock and I've been waiting for 6+ hours for someone to call me. I've been to many different AMAZON warehouses but I haven't met this kind of unprofessionalism yet. They know that time is very important to us drivers, they just don't care ... and to finish, I'm not loaded with postal packages, but some stands for their needs.

Worst place to work. When you first start it’s appears to be your dream job and managers seem to be for you. They are horrible when it come to excuse absences and medical leaves, they literally give you the run around and will do they best not to pay you. They also take money out of your paycheck without even telling you. Amazon is for amazon and they work to death but don’t like you to use your benefits at all. HR in the building doesn’t seem to know anything they send you to erc and erc sends you back to them only to keep getting sent around in circles
