Had a live unload arrived at 10am put the trailer in the dock and unhooked as I was told. After 1pm I finally called after not hearing anything and was told ma'am I tried to call you a while ago. Huh? I have no missed calls so I asked to speak with a manager and was told that they have bad signal out there. So I'm like y'all would let me just sit here all day because of bad signal instead of asking one of the yard dogs to inform me that my trailer is done? I had a pickup to get to and now I've been sitting an extra 2 hours for no reason. This place needs a little more order. I'm sure they wouldn't like having to sit an extra 2 hours for no reason.
My appointment for 8am I got here 7 hours early just in case and it’s now 11am and I still have not plugged into a door to even think about the unloading. This place is horrible and a disappointment!
They have very rude morning shift staff @ receiving office but evening staff they go extra mile to help drivers get out there as quick as they can
Great place for a nap, average load time 4-5 hours, and usually overload your trailer,nCompany driver so I don't have a choice or I'd treat this place like the plague,nI've been here several times and now I refuse loading here,
Supposed to be picking up preloaded trailer at 5:30 am Sat., checked in and was told that it wasn't ready and should be ready by 10 am as there was no one there working. Checked in again at 10 and was told still not loaded and it wasn't to be picked up until 10 pm but they would call when trailer was done. It's now 11:03 pm shipping and receiving is closed, never got a call from them so guess we're waiting til morning.
