Upper management is horrible is at communicating and returning phone calls but the young lady that is usually working was very helpful and courteous. She ensures the place is clean and operating professionally

This place is a disaster. I 1st reserved my Unit in 2017. I got the largest unit they offer. 10’ft x 25’ft. At some Point they ended up switching their payment processing software Which lead to issues with their direct withdrawal systems to where they couldn’t withdrawal from my bank anymore. This resulted in several missed payments which Rack up late fees & even cut my lock off my unit to add their own-Which Doesn’t make sense. There are 2 slots on these doors where a lock can be added that can prevent the door from being opened. 1 is the slot that I put my personal Lock thru & the other is made in case the people in charge of the unit wanted to lock that person out. Both slots need to be unlocked in order to open the door. Therefore they can easily add their own lock to the unit to prevent myself from being able to Access it. Plus u need a gate code to get in the facility anyways & they deactivate your code the day after a payment is missed. So there’s literally no Reason for them to cut your lock off unless for some reason they’re trying to see what’s inside your unit. Which isn’t legal but seems to be the only reason why they would want to cut your lock off. Whenever I mention this to them they play dumb & say “it’s policy” but the policy creates major trust issues & here’s why. 1 day I get a call from the office saying “they noticed my unit door was open when they got there & wondered if I stopped in & left it open”. So when I was able to get up there. Sure enough it was still open. My lock was gone. My sons new Kawasaki 50cc 4 wheeler (2500 bike) was also missing. Nothing else was touched tho. some how. Somebody knew exactly what unit to go to because no other unit was touched. When I told management. They assured me that they would file the police report. Turn over all security cam. footage & the gate codes used that day & that they’d keep in touch with me..... They literally never followed up with me a single time. Every time I followed up with them, I got the run around.nToday (3/3/21) I learned they NEVER filed a police report.nNot Long after this incident I was up there & noticed the side gate wide open & unlocked. So I decided to sit there & film for a while to see if anybody would come back & lock it... Never happened.nNow I had been there for several years now. The rates get raised at least once a year if not more. Their direct withdrawal system stopped working for my bank so I had to Remember to pay on the 1st of each month or get a late fee. Well sometimes i forgot & missed it. Despite being a loyal customer for 4 years. Not 1 single time would they EVER waive the fee despite all the issues I had there. Then if u were 15 days late. They cut your Lock. But as soon as u pay your Bill. They immediately Go & remove their lock. Which leaves your unit completely unlocked... THIS IS WHY IT MAKES NO SENSE TO CUT THE CUSTOMERS ORIGINAL LOCK. When I realize I Miss a payment I go online & pay it. But that means I’m not there to immediately replace the lock they cut Off. So it’s left unlocked until I can get up there w/ a new lock. So 1 time I got frustrated & wrote in sharpie just above the handle “Do Not cut this Lock”. Now for anybody that doesn’t know. Sharpie May Be permanent on paper. But not metal or plastic. Alcohol gets it right off. So I was surprised to see on my next Bill they charged me $100 in “damages”...nThen finally, These last few months I was struggling financially due to Covid & I asked themnIf I could pay a settlement & clear out my unit. They agreed to get back to me w/ a price. A month goes by. I get an email saying “my unit had a lien & I needed to Pay now” so right away I paid $300 to be safe. The next day I call to ask about the settlement? They tell me my unit is sold. Everything is gone. 4 year customer. All my tools. Priceless family memorabilia etc. yet they can’t get in touch w/ the Buyer just to get my sentimental items back. I’m heart broken. I was lied to & stolen from in several ways.

Miyoshi was very polite and the facility is so clean. I would recommend storing at this location.

Dealt with a different girl today but was just as friendly and helpful as Miyoshi. Any time I have had an issue they've helped me get my account figured out. Property is always clean. Glad I store here because I know they care.

Well lit for going at night. Code works every time. They provide a lock for you. Great experience overall.
