my story: started a private float trip with a similar route as this company.. main difference was ours was longer.... I cut my finger on a pop top lid... my brother in-law paid our ramp fees so we could exit... upon our exit the owner said we were trespassing and was going to call the cops.... we were forced to exit through very thick bush and be picked up in the middle of highway... my biggest complaint was that no refund or apology was given... my biggest problem is that I will have to feed more money to these horrible people due to convenience...... use at your own risk

Fantastic time here! It is conveniently off the highway so there is a little noise but it's still a fantastic stay! The staff are super helpful and the float was beautiful!

We had a great float. We were driven to st Francis park then you float down 3 miles to Cherokee landing. Took 4 hrs.

me and 5 other friends went floating today! we rented a big man raft which holds 6 people. this wasn’t the issue the equipment was in very good condition. The first hour of starting on the River was very stressful for us. very shallow and constantly had to get out and push we were always getting stuck. i recommend NOT to rent a raft and just go for the kayaks! We did have fun but there were moments were we wanted to just end it. The water is really low and is not appropriate for the rafts at all. RENT that kayak I promise you and your friends or family will have much of a better time than we did.

The owner is a blast and an inspiration. Smaller campground and less people let in because she's being smart during covid. Made the whole thing feel more personal and its so close to the river I could fall in from my tent. The kayaking was also a blast, love grand river. One night of hard sleeping but I blame that on my tent and humidity. It is camping after all! (Although she had an rv spot too, if I had one probably would've slept like a baby)
