Fountain Lakes Park

It was a pretty nice park to skate, drive RC cars, fish, and just take a walk. The park has a nice skate park especially since to go it's free of charge to use the amenities there, the parking lot is made up of little pebbles so it fun to drive and RC car and there aren't many people there in cold weather I don't know for sure how many would be there in warmer weather, but that means you can do more and have less people interfere. Like me in an introvert so I don't like many people and I can withstand the cold so I do like going in colder weather.

A great St Charles park with 3 connected lakes. The trail connecting them is gravel - it’s a good scenic walk.Saw several people fishing in different spots around the lakes. There is a concrete skate park in the front of the park. One of the trails goes under highway 370 to get to the final lake. Cole creek borders a good amount of the lakes.

The park itself is a nice park especially if you want to walk your dog, but the fishing sucks! I have fished those lakes several times for catfish, used about every catfish bait I can think of but the only things I've caught were turtles and 2 gar

The fish weren't biting the day we were angling Moore Lake, but the nearby lake is well maintained with clear water. Hhowever, Highway 370 is very close by and the road noise eliminates any chance of a serene day of fishing.
